Rocky Patel Vintage 2nds Perfecto - 1990 (4" x 48) is covered in a beautiful Maduro wrapper. This is the same blend as the Vintage '90, but they have been rejected for small visual issues, such as a blemish on the wrapper, or a small crack. Despite these small blemishes, you will still find the cigar to be just as satisfying as the first tier blend!
